ROUND 1 DETAILS

Hey @everyone
Rules on Project Submissions

Round 1:
All project submissions must be made on Devpost. For Round 1, you'll be judged based on your idea and how you will implement your idea. So make sure your submission is as detailed as possible.

Steps on Project Submission on Devpost:
1. Go to https://devspace-2022.devpost.com/ and click on the 'Create Project' button.

2. This will lead you to the 'Manage Team' page, where you'll have to invite teammates using a link if you haven't already added them to your team. Click on 'Save & Continue'.

3. Next you'll be on the 'Project Overview' page, where you'll have to fill in the information regarding 'Project Name' and give a short description of your project under 'Elevator Pitch'. Click on 'Save & Continue'.

4. Now you'll be on the most important page for your project submission, the 'Project Story' page. Here you'll have to give detailed information regarding your project in 'About the Project'. You'll have to fill in answers to the given prompts. Next, you'll have to fill in whatever you have used to build your project. In the try it out links, you can either link your project repository on GitHub where your idea is explained in the README.md file, or you can submit a PPT. Click on 'Save & Continue'.

5. In the 'Additional Info' page, you can apply for whichever MLH prizes you wish to apply for in your project. The prizes are 'Best Use of DeSo', 'Most Creative Use of Twilio', 'Best Web Monetization Project | Coil', 'Best Use of Lincode Cloud', 'Best Domain Name from GoDaddy Registry', and 'Best Use of Auth0'. Click on 'Save & Continue'.

6. Finally you'll reach the 'Submit Project' page, where you'll have to check the terms and conditions.

Please note that all your project submissions can be edited until the end of hackathon!
